Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Recurrent first trimester miscarriages can be due to many causes and following investigations need to be done in this case:
1. Karyotype of both the partners
2. Blood sugar levels
3. Antiphospholipid antibody profile testing
4. Antinuclear antibody testing
5. Thyroid profile
6. Ultrasound of pelvis.
7. Factor V Leidin mutations, Protein C, Protein S , if there is suggestive history
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
